Barbecued Spareribs For Fifty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 lb. pork spareribs or loin back ribs
    3 qt. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Separate ribs into 8 ounces portions.
    Place in roasting pans. Brown uncovered in oven at 350\u00b0 until browned lightly, about 30 minutes.
    Pour off fat.
    Pour sauce over ribs.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 until meat is tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover and bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes.
