Kola Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. fat salt pork
    1 medium onion
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 (1 lb.) cans Boston style baked beans
    1/4 c. chili sauce
Preparation
    Scrape rind of salt pork.
    Score deeply with sharp knife. Place onion in deep casserole; add beans.
    Bury pork in beans so only rind shows.
    Combine molasses, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and chile sauce.
    Add enough cola beverage to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Pour over beans.
    Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Yields 8 servings.
