Tequila (Sunset) Beef Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 New York strip steaks (8 to 10 oz., 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick)
    1/2 c. tequila
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 clove garlic
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Place meat in large plastic bag.
    Add all of the ingredients; seal bag.
    Chill from 1 to 24 hours; turn bag occasionally.
    Drain steaks.
    Cook on low to medium flame on grill to desired perfection.
