Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 graham Crackers (Crushed)(Save some for top)
    1/2 c. Melted Butter
    2 (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
    2 Eggs (Separated)
    1/2 c. Sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1/2 pt. Sour Cream (Whipped)
    4 Tbsp. Sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1 Small Jar Maraschino Cherries (Drain liquid into bowl and add enough water to make 2 c. liquid).
    1 c. Margarine
    2 c. Powdered Sugar
    2 c. Golden Raisins
    2 c. Gumdrops (Cut up)(NO BLACK)(Gumdrops cut easy with scissors)
    1 c. Walnuts or Pecans (Chopped)
    3 1/2 c. Flour
    1 tsp each Baking Soda, Cloves, Allspice, Cinnamon, Salt
Preparation
    1. Pour cherry liquid into heavy suacepan. Add margarine, powdered sugar, and raisins. Stir to dissolve sugar.
    Bring mixture to a boil for 5 minutes.
    2. Remove from heat and pour into large mixing bowl. Let
    mix cool completely.
    3. Sift flour and spices. Mix 1/2 c. flour and gumdrops.
    Add dry ingredients to raisin mix. Fold in gumdrops,
    drained cherries, and nuts. Blend well.
    4. Spray (2) 9 x 5 x 3 loave pans. Pour into pans. Bake at
    at 350\u00b0 for 40-50 minutes. Let cool in pans for 5
    minutes before removing to wire rack to cool. Let sit overnight before slicing.
