Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shrimp, cooked and drained
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
12 oz. cream cheese
1 envelope plain gelatin
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Melt soup in double boiler over hot water.
Add gelatin mixture and stir until mixed well.
Add cream cheese to soup mixture, followed by all other ingredients.
Blend together with mixing spoon and pour in 2-quart casserole mold.
Refrigerate about 8 hours or overnight.
