Veggie Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium red bell pepper
    1 medium green bell pepper
    1 onion
    1/2 to 1 small garlic clove
    1 large carrot
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 c. couscous (Moroccan pasta)
    1 egg
Preparation
    Ground bell pepper, onion, garlic, carrot and mushrooms.
    (May chop fine in food processor for best results).
    Cook 1 cup of couscous as directed on box of pasta.
    Add to ground ingredients, then add 1 scrambled egg.
    Mix well.
    Roll out to patties.
    Bake or fry as desired.
    Serve on hamburger buns (cheese optional).
    May use rice instead of couscous.
