Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed
1/4 c. margarine, softened
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
Preparation

Reserve 1/4 to 1/2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs and margarine in a bowl.
Press into bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate.
Mix lemonade and condensed milk in bowl.
Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into pie shell.
Sprinkle reserved crumbs in circle around edge of pie.
Chill in refrigerator for 8 hours.
