Picadillo(Cuban Ground Beef) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
3 to 4 Spanish olives, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
12 oz. canned tomato sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
white rice, cooked
Preparation

Brown ground beef, drain and set aside.
Saute garlic, onion and olives in olive oil.
Add the browned ground beef, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve with white rice.
