Fish And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 medium tomato, sliced
    4 oz. onion, sliced
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Layer 1/2 of vegetables in an 8 x 8-inch dish.
    Season fish; place on vegetables.
    Cover with remaining vegetables.
    Add water; dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
