Oven Baked Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. catsup
1/3 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cook onion until soft in hot oil.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes (2 chickens or equivalent pieces).
Place chicken skin side up in large pan; do not overlap.
Cover with sauce.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 90 minutes, basting occasionally.
