Baked Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. medium-size yellow squash
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs (or stuffing mix)
    4 oz. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar (at the most, adjust to taste)
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Cut off tips of squash.
    Then cut each into 3 to 4 pieces. Drop into a large saucepan with enough boiling water to cover. Return to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cook until tender.
    Drain and mash.
