Buffalo Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. buffalo turkey or lean ground beef
    1 large yellow onion
    12 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 can low-fat, low sodium beef broth
    2 large cloves garlic
    2 cans chili beans
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
Preparation
    Brown meat in large pot.
    Rinse and drain.
    Saute onion in nonstick pan.
    Put meat and onion in large pot and add all other ingredients.
    Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
