Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. chicken broth
    2 bay leaves
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    3 to 4 broccoli spears (fresh), cut into small pieces (bite size)
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    Tony Cachere's seasoning to taste
    1 1/2 pt. half and half
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Put first 8 ingredients in pot and boil until broccoli is tender.
    Add half and half, soups and cheese.
    Heat until all is melted (do not boil).
    Stir as it heats.
    Serves 8.
