Potato Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    1 c. chopped onion
    6 c. raw diced potatoes
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. frankfurters, cut up
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp, crumble, add onion, cook until tender and golden.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
