Freckle Face Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes, baked
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Quarter hot potatoes lengthwise and place in a bake and serve dish.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over potatoes.
    Melt butter in a skillet and add remaining ingredients; stir until mixture is moist.
    Crumble mixture over potatoes and broil until cheese melts.
    Makes 4 servings.
