Turkey Casserole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. macaroni
2 c. frozen peas
1/2 c. onion
1 c. celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup (Healthy Choice)
1 low-fat plain yogurt (4 oz.)
2 c. cooked turkey
3 slices low-fat cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
Cook peas, onion and celery in microwave, about 6 minutes to steam tender.
Add all ingredients (except cheese) to macaroni and stir.
If mixture appears too dry, add 1/2 cup water.
Place ingredients in baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Cover with cheese, broken into pieces and spread evenly over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
(Tuna and chicken can be used also.)
Can be made ahead of time and baked later.
