Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. pecans (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
