Harvest Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    26 oz. shredded Ore-Ida potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped or diced
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients except topping.
    Mix well.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch well-greased baking dish.
