Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream the butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in dry ingredients. Roll into small balls.
    Roll balls in a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
