Tingler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. boysenberry juice (can use any berry blend)
    6 oz. frozen concentrated orange juice
    3 small ripe bananas
    1/4 c. plain yogurt
    1 c. sparkling mineral water
    3 Tbsp. nonfat cottage cheese
    8 fresh berries (strawberry, boysenberry, etc.)
Preparation
    In a blender, mix juices and bananas on medium speed for about 1 minute.
    Add tofu, cottage cheese, berries and yogurt; mix for 1 minute (longer if a lighter drink is desired).
    Add sparkling mineral water; stir.
    Serve over chipped ice.
    Makes 5 cups.
