Corned Beef And Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, chilled and thinly sliced
    1 unbaked 9 or 10-inch pie shell
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of each: nutmeg, pepper and cayenne
Preparation
    Arrange corned beef slices in pie shell.
    Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over beef.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until firm.
