Oriental Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak (3 or 4 lb.)
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. honey
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Place steak in large shallow dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
    Let stand several hours, stirring occasionally.
    Broil or grill steak to desired doneness. Cut into thin slices on the diagonal.
