Frozen Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, partially thawed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 unbeaten egg white
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine in large mixing bowl the strawberries, sugar, egg white and lemon juice.
    Beat with electric mixer at highest speed until soft mounds form, about 5 to 8 minutes.
    In another bowl, beat the whipping cream until thick.
    Fold into strawberry mixture by hand.
    Spoon into baked shell.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Freeze until firm, 4 to 6 hours.
    Cover.
