Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
    6 medium zucchini, sliced
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. each of salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary
    4 c. peeled tomatoes
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Heat oil in a skillet and add zucchini, onion, parsley and the spices.
    Saute mixture over medium heat, stirring often until zucchini is done but still crisp and tender.
    Toss in chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
    Turn mixture into a serving dish and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
