Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. plain flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    6 or 8 jalapeno peppers
    1 large onion
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together corn meal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
    Then add eggs, milk and oil to the corn meal mixture.
    Stir in chopped jalapeno peppers, onion and cheese. Pour into a well-oiled pan and bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
