Miss Smith'S Homemade Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
coarse salt
Preparation

Mix dry yeast and water.
Add sugar and salt.
Add flour. Knead dough until smooth.
Cut off pieces.
Roll pieces of dough with your hands and shape.
Place on cookie sheet and brush shapes with egg.
Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
