Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large bunch romaine lettuce
    1 beaten egg
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced or grated
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 or 2 tsp. anchovy paste (optional)
Preparation
    Tear cleaned romaine into bite size pieces.
    Combine remaining ingredients in container and shake well.
    Toss with lettuce.
    Add croutons, fresh sliced mushrooms and freshly grated Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese, if desired.
