Egg Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    3/4 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. diced pimiento
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over water in saucepan.
    Place over low heat; stir constantly until gelatin dissolves, about 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in salt, lemon juice and Tabasco.
    Gradually blend into mayonnaise.
    Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Turn into a 3-cup mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold and garnish with salad greens.
    Makes 4 servings.
