Clemson Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
1 Tbsp. hot sauce

Preparation

Place chicken in Pyrex dish.
Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken pieces.
Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
