Chicken & Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 white onion
    1 green pepper
    1 fresh clove garlic
    1/2 cup fresh tomatoes
    16 ounces chicken broth
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup celery
    1 -16 ounce can of beer
    1 chicken (cut 8 ways)
    1 tablespoon cumin
    2 tablespoon cilantro
    1/4 cup liquid Tang
Preparation
    Place cut-up chicken in a 4 quart cooking pot.
    Add all the ingredients to pot.
    Add all the ingredients to pot and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer until tender, approximately 1 hour. Add liquid if ingredients are getting thick.
    Should be a medium gravy consistency.
