Gingered Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin pork chops
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground sage
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops evenly with salt, pepper and sage.
    Saute chops in margarine in a large skillet about 10 minutes on each side, until browned.
    Remove meat; set aside.
    Add mushrooms and spices to skillet; saute until mushrooms are tender.
    Stir in orange juice; cook 2 minutes longer.
    Return meat to skillet; heat until piping hot.
