Marinated Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup corn oil
    1 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/3 cup sugar
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cauliflower
    3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
    2 (16 oz.) pkgs. baby carrots
    1/2 cup finely chopped onions
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients and set aside.
    Place carrots in 9 X 13 pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/3 of onions.
    Place broccoli over carrots sprinkle 1/3 of onions.
    Place cauliflower on top and sprinkle with remaining onions.
    Pour oil mixture over all and refrigerate overnight.
    Before you serve, drain off oil mixture and toss.
