Bing Cherry-Coke Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz) can dark bing cherries
1 (8 oz) can crushed pinapple
2 large, or 4 small boxes unsweetened jello
2 cans diet coke
fruit juice + water to equal 2 Cups
chopped nuts, if desired
Preparation

Drain juice from cherries and pineapple.
Set aside.
Heat juice enough to dissolve jello.
When cooled, add cokes.
When slightly thickened, stir in fruit.
Pour into mold or bowl and refrigerate until congealed.
If desired, add chopped nuts at this time.
