Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 large egg
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Preparation

Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt. Cream the butter and sugar.
Beat in egg until blended.
Add flour mixture and pineapple.
Stir
only until moistened.
Turn into paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Yields 12 large or 24 to 36 tiny muffins.
