Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    14 oz. Kraft caramels
    1/3 cup evaporated milk
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 cup nuts
Preparation
    Mix the first three ingredients above and spread 1/2 of mixture in a buttered and floured 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake 350\u00b0 for seven minutes.
