Crawfish Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiled crawfish tails
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. celery, minced
1/2 c. minced onions
salt and pepper to taste
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Combine sour cream with cream cheese.
Add celery, onion, salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
Mince crawfish tails and add to the cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
