Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3 heaping Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 egg
1 c. water
mayonnaise

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients; add water.
Beat egg in measuring cup and add mayonnaise to fill to 1 cup.
Add all together and mix. Lightly grease 8 x 8-inch pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
