Emerald Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. sliced green pepper
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add cabbage, celery, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook vegetables over low heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring mixture often.
    Serve at once.
