La Donna'S Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. oleo, softened
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, then stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and spices.
    Fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Pour into a 15 x 10-inch greased and floured pan.
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Have a hand or dish towel, sprinkled with powdered sugar, ready.
    Remove cake from pan at once and place on towel.
    Roll up in towel and cool.
