Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs, separated
1 can mushroom soup
4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Cook and drain spinach in the box. Beat egg yolks. Mash cream cheese and add both to the hot mushroom soup. Add spinach, beaten egg whites and Parmesan cheese. Put in buttered casserole. Bake 15 minutes. Last 2 minutes, top with onion rings and add a little cheese to top.
