Low-Fat Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. ground round
    1 large bell pepper
    2 large onions
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    2 cans tomatoes, crushed and drained
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can navy beans
    2 cans red kidney beans
    shredded no-fat Cheddar cheese (if desired)
Preparation
    In a large pot, brown ground round; stir in chopped onions and pepper and brown until onions are transparent.
    Add chili powder; stir and add tomatoes and beans.
    Cook on low heat approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    Top with shredded cheese if desired.
