Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) cut fryer
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. celery, cut in pieces
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish one layer deep.
Mix sauce and bring to a boil.
Pour over chicken and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours until tender.
