Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. boned chicken (2 hens)
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
    3/4 c. diced celery
    3 1/2 oz. pimentos, drained
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut chicken into cubes.
    Mix all ingredients and chill. Serves 12.
