Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 ( 10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 c. crushed potato chips
2/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except potato chips and cheese; blend well.
Spoon into a lightly greased casserole; sprinkle with potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
This recipe makes six servings.
