Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup Crisco
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    2/3 cup milk
    3 tsp baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
    3 cups flour
Preparation
    Cream Crisco, sugar and eggs.
    Mix in milk, powder, salt, and flavoring.
    Add flour in small portions.
    Mix well.
    Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until very light brown.
    If cooked too long, they will get hard. Otherwise, cookies are light and fluffy.
