Cream Cheese Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
2 Tbsp. rum flavor (optional)
1/2 tsp. ginger (optional)
Preparation

Mix together cream cheese, sugar and 1 egg; blend and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add oil and 3 eggs; mix all together.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Reserve 2 cups of batter. Pour remaining batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Carefully spoon cream cheese mixture over batter.
Spoon over the 2 cups of batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
