Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Blend the soup and water, set aside.
    Mix the ground beef, onion, baking powder, milk and rice together.
    Make into walnut size balls and place into a 2 1/2-quart casserole and gently pour soup mixture over top. Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 45 minutes. Uncover for 15 minutes.
    Very good with mashed potatoes.
