Delicate Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can lemon pie filling and topping
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 egg whites
    4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Pour the lemon pie filling into the baked pie shell.
    Beat egg whites until fluffy.
    Add cream of tartar and sugar, gradually, beating until stiff.
    Pour meringue on pie.
    Place pie in oven. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
