Cranberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. ground fresh cranberries
    1 unpeeled orange, seeded and ground
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine the gelatin and the boiling water.
    Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
    Stir in cold water.
    Set aside. Combine the cranberries, orange, pineapple, pecans and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Stir into gelatin mixture.
    Mix well.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve with creamy fruit sauce.
    Serves 10 to 12.
