Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. oleo
    pkg. frozen peas, if desired
Preparation
    Melt oleo in casserole dish and arrange chops on top. Sprinkle over soup mix and rice.
    Cover with water.
    Bake covered for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 adding more water if necessary.
    You can also add a package of frozen peas if desired about 15 minutes before removing from oven.
